Flat Bread Machine

Automated Flat Bread Ovens

A fully automated flat bread machine is a great addition to any bakery. You can choose a small scale automated flat bread machine which can produce up to 2500 pieces of flat bread per hour, or a large scale machine that has the ability to produce up to 18,000 units per hour. This volume of production can help a bakery meet and exceed production requirements.

The flat bread machine will contain many interconnecting parts to efficiently produce flat bread or pita loaves. The pieces include a basket conveyor for proofing. To produce dough the machine will need a dough bowl lift, feeder/hopper, and dough rounder. The dough will then be transferred to a spiral mixer and then passed through a high temperature tunnel oven. Next, the bread will be transferred to a conveyor belt for second round proofing, then to the flattening machine which will compress the dough to the proper thickness. Finally, the product will be transferred to the cooling conveyor. The flat bread machine can be attached to other assembly line pieces such as filling machines, pinchers, and cutters. This helps provide a seamless production of your product from start to finish.

Models are typically equipped to make adjustments to produce varying depths and thickness for each pita. On the oven, the baking times and temperatures can be adjusted to make perfectly cooked flat bread each and every time.

With a flat bread machine, your company can make a variety of different flat breads such as Arabic and Greek pitas, flour and corn tortillas, gluten free flat bread, and tandoori naan flat breads.

Models can be chosen based on how many lines of flat bread will be running at a time as well as the size and thickness desired in the product.
